Tropical Storm Helene forms in the SW Gulf of Mexico

MEXICO CITY (Reuters) – Tropical Storm Helene formed in the southwestern Gulf of Mexico on Friday and pushed close to the coast of Mexico’s Veracruz state, the U.S. National Hurricane Center said.
